If you have never worn contact lenses before, you must have:
- Had a sight test in the last two years (preferably within the last twelve months for the most up to date information)
- Had a contact lens suitability assessment, which means a qualified practitioner has trialled contact lenses in your eyes to ensure you are suitable for contact lens wear and to get the best possible fit and vision
- Once the trial is completed (which may take more than one appointment or involve trying a number of different contact lens types) you will be issued with a contact lens specification (prescription)
- This prescription can then be used to order your contact lenses through this web site

If you are an existing contact lens wearer, you must have:
- Had a sight test in the last two years (preferably within the last twelve months for the most up to date information)
- Had a contact lens aftercare appointment in the last year to confirm the lens type, fitting and prescription of your lenses is still correct for you
- Make sure you have a copy of your up-to-date contact lens specification (prescription) following this appointment
- Your prescription can then be used to order your contact lenses through this web site
