How to Order Contact Lenses
Remember: contact lenses are legally only available by prescription, so we can
only supply the lenses in your prescription.
Here's how ordering works:
- Find your current contact lens prescription and check it's still valid, i.e. less than a year old
- Order the lenses with the specification (diameter, power etc) exactly as shown in your prescription
- We will then either contact your optician, or you can send a copy of the prescription to us, so we can verify your prescription
- Once we have confirmed your prescription we will dispatch your lenses immediately
Reordering is easy. As we already have your prescription, you only need us to send a prescription when the previous one runs out.
