How to start
We've built our site with the aim of making online shopping quick and easy.
We hope these instructions will help you get started. Please contact us
if you have any comments or feel there are any improvements we can make to our site.

How to find product details and prices
The menu on your left shows
Contact Lenses by type and manufacturer. To see the items within these categories,
click on the type of contact lens or solution that you are looking for.
The products available then appear in this centre window along with a
thumbnail image to help you recognise the item you require. Clicking
onto an individual item brings that up in the main window with the
different pack sizes and prices shown. In the right hand window, you
will see any special offers that are relevant to the product group or
individual item you are viewing. After you place an item in your basket,
this will be automatically shown in the right hand window.
Using our search engine
Alternatively, rather than using our menu system to find the product you are
looking for, you can use our search engine.
- Click inside the text box in the top left corner of the screen.
- Type in the box what you think are key words for the product, or type of product you are looking for.
- Click on the Go button. Our search engine will then search our database and produce a list of links relevant to your search term.
- To see a picture and full description of a product simply click your mouse on one of the links.
What's in my basket?
You can see what's in your basket at any time by clicking on the Basket
heading on the top right hand side of the screen. You can edit the items in your
basket by clicking on the individual product lines which will bring the product
back into the central window. You may amend the quantity you require and press
confirm or can also choose to remove the item completely. Each time you add an
item to your order, you will see details, pricing and any discounts or offers
shown on in your basket.
How to check out
If your basket is not already shown in the right hand window then click on the
Basket/Account heading to open it. Then click on the checkout button shown below
the items in your shopping basket. If you are new to Boots Contact Lenses Online, we will then start
to collect the information necessary to process your order. Previous customers are
able to log back into the site at this point and we will only request your details
if they are not already on our system. Finally, you will see a summary screen of
all this information at which stage you can correct any values before confirming your order.
We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order and attach a copy of your
invoice.
Finally, you will see a link for any feedback you may have on our website. This is
entirely optional, and we are very grateful for any comments you make.
